Superyacht Galapagos.

Established in 1997 by Ricardo, Superyacht Galapagos was the first yacht agency in the region. Since the beginning, the founders have prioritized the conservation of the Galapagos Islands, working in both public and private sectors.

Before 1997, foreign yachts visited informally, without legal guidelines. Superyacht Galapagos pioneered the establishment of a legal framework, allowing yachts and sailboats to visit Galapagos, benefiting the local economy. In 1998, the company helped develop the first law recognizing these visits. Superyacht Galapagos’ commitment to integrity and quality ensures a personalized and secure experience for its clients. As part of the Galapagos, the founder’s mission is to make every visit smooth and memorable while contributing to the conservation of this unique World Heritage.

With over 25 years’ experience in the travel and hospitality industry and specializing in lesser-known destination in Latin America, Carlos is Founding Partner and Co-Owner of both Luxury Travel & Expeditions and Cuba Luxury Expeditions.

Luxury Travel and Expeditions offers all services for superyachts visiting the southern cone of the Americas and the Antarctic Continent. With local offices and staff at all the main ports and superyacht destinations in Chile, Argentina, Peru and Uruguay there is no other agency in the region covering this amazing and mystical territory, including the awe-inspiring destinations of Patagonia and Antarctica. Also, Founding Partner and Co-Owner of Cuba Luxury Expeditions, is a full-service agency and concierge services company for superyachts wanting to visit the beautiful, historic, yet unexplored country of Cuba.

Nydia Rodriguez

Transshipping Agents

Being involved in the tourism industry since 1997 and with now over 25 years of experience in the maritime industry in the Pacific and Atlantic coasts of Panama and Costa Rica, Nydia established Transshipping Agents in Panama in 2013 with the purpose to assist luxury vessels and superyachts that require port agency services including the marvelous Panama Canal.

In 2015 Nydia established Maritime Network Panama as complement to support vessels and yachts with provisions and chandlery products. Nydia founded two new companies in 2016. Together with a partner and great friend in Costa Rica, she established Nautica Shipping Agents, providing port agency services to vessels and superyachts that want to explore the wonderful nature of Costa Rica. The other company she established that year is a DMC Travel Agency called Next Travel.
